Who says longboards have to be long?
Penny skateboards are amazing little contraptions that are extremely portable, made of plastic, and while still not exactly not all that great for the environment the boards can be recycled once they break (if it ever does). To top things off, since they're plastic, you can hit the pool or the beach and get on your penny right after, even barefoot, since there's no rough or abrasive grip to tear up your feet. These boards are absolutely great for people who don't expect much out of their boards except to get from place to place, and with the lightweight plastic and smaller sized decks they make city riding a breeze, and to top everything off, they're dirt cheap and come in a variety of colors, what's not to to love?
